SAP - Solution Architect Finance

Constellation Search Group is looking for an SAP Solutions Architect for a full-time direct hire position. The SAP Solutions Architect will have a critical role in leading the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of global finance technology solutions. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to translate business requirements into robust technology solutions, focusing on SAP Finance. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and SAP Finance, and will drive complex global initiatives to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Build cross-functional relationships within the organization and maintain alignment with finance and treasury leadership.
• Translate business strategies into technology capabilities and maintain the technology roadmap for finance solutions.
• Serve as the solution authority for finance processes involving General Ledger, Treasury, and associated SAP solutions.
• Define and uphold technology standards within the finance domain, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Lead and oversee finance technology initiatives, including SAPimplementations and optimization projects.
• Provide architectural oversight and manage risks for finance technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and design reviews, translating technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Guide teams through complex design decisions, focusing on business requirements and scalability.
• Invest in personal growth and drive change management and technology adoption across teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT and enterprise finance technology solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with global financial systems, including SAP ECC/S4HANA Finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Expertise in SAP Treasury, Risk Management, and related solutions.
