• Provide day-to-day technical support for SAP applications to ensure optimal performance and operation.
• Define and manage mission-critical business application solution portfolios within the SAP ecosystem.
• Work extensively with SAP platforms and systems, including:
  • SAP ECC6
  • SAP BW
  • SAP BusinessObjects (BO)
  • SAP Enterprise Portal
  • SAP CRM
  • SAP SRM
  • SAP PI
  • SAP GRC
• Support and integrate associated SAP subsystems and enterprise applications.
• Focus on the technical and functional architecture of SAP solutions.
• Guide architecture decisions based on industry standards, enterprise standards, and best practices.
• Provide thought leadership and technical direction for end-to-end SAP architecture.
• Define architecture strategies for the broader ecosystem, including SaaS and on-premises applications.
• Develop and design a global SAP technical landscape.
• Optimize the SAP landscape across on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
• Ensure the SAP technical landscape effectively supports business modules and enterprise requirements.
• Leverage SAP Solution Manager to manage functional blueprints.
• Support the implementation of SAP solutions, including:
  • Configuration
  • Testing
  • Training
  • Post-implementation processes
• Establish and maintain post-implementation processes across SAP sub-modules.
• Ensure SAP architecture aligns with scalability, performance, integration, security, and maintainability requirements.
• Collaborate with technical, functional, business, and application teams on SAP architecture initiatives.
• Provide architectural guidance and recommendations for SAP modernization and cloud adoption.
• Evaluate and recommend SAP architecture improvements based on evolving business and technology requirements.
