SAP Services Lead

Visa sponsorship is not available.kdc/one is seeking an experienced SAP Services Lead to guide SAP application services, lead a team of four SAP Business Analysts, and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving business processes, managing SAP projects, and partnering with teams across multiple locations-including our Central SAP Services team in Europe.What You'll Do

Lead SAP projects from planning through implementation and delivery.

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of SAP Business Analysts.

Oversee SAP support, enhancements, integrations, and system performance.

Partner with business stakeholders to turn operational needs into effective SAP solutions.

Drive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, vendors, and service performance.

Support SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Hands-on SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation and support experience.

Experience with at least two SAP modules: WM, MM, PP, or QM.

3-5+ years of people management experience in a multi-site environment.

Strong SAP project management and full-lifecycle implementation experience.

Knowledge of SAP configuration, system integrations, and custom enhancements.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Power BI, GIB Suite, GuiXT, or Winshuttle is a plus. PMP, ITIL, Scrum, or SAP certifications are also preferred.Why Join kdc/one?
