<\/p>Genesis Consulting is seeking a Senior SAP Security / GRC Administrator Support Consultant with 10+ years of experience to support SAP security, governance, risk, and compliance activities across complex enterprise environments. The consultant will provide day-to-day administration of SAP GRC, user and role security, Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance, auditing, troubleshooting, and project support.<\/span>

<\/p>Duties, Responsibilities, & Skills:<\/span>

<\/h3> <\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control.<\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Design and support SAP security roles for ABAP and Java environments, including S/4HANA.<\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage users, roles, authorizations, and HANA security.<\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor GRC jobs, system performance, and security-related issues.<\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Design and develop GRC reports and support audit and compliance reporting.<\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify and remediate SoD conflicts, unauthorized activity, and security control deviations.<\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support GRC rulesets, mitigation controls, monitoring, and audit activities.<\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Configure and support BRF+, MSMP workflows, custom paths, escalations, and approvals.<\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support GRC enhancements, WebDynpro, launchpad customization, email templates, logs, and ruleset uploads/downloads.<\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Configure and support BRM integrations, including LDAP and HANA.<\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and troubleshooting.<\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Translate functional requirements into security designs, procedures, test plans, and technical documentation.<\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide second-level support to users and functional/technical teams.<\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Represent the SAP Security team in project activities, implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.<\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop security and GRC training materials as needed.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>10+ years of SAP Security and GRC experience in large, complex SAP environments.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Full lifecycle implementation experience with SAP GRC 12, including ARM, EAM, BRM, Access Control, and Process Control.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong hands-on experience with SAP user, role, and authorization security across ABAP and Java stacks.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience supporting SAP NetWeaver and S/4HANA environments, including hybrid operating systems.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong knowledge of SoD, GRC rulesets, mitigation, monitoring, SOX, and ITGC controls.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience supporting Internal Controls, audit, and compliance teams.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with BRF+, MSMP workflows, WebDynpro, and GRC enhancements.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with HANA user security, SSO, LDAP, and BRM integrations.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>Minimum Education:<\/span>

<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor's <\/span><\/span>Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another related field.<\/span>
