SAP SD - Program Lead

Role Summary
Seeking a senior SAP SD professional to lead Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation initiatives for a global organization. The role will drive solution strategy, S/4HANA transformation, service excellence, and continuous process improvement across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD/O2C transformation programs, including roadmap, solution design, global template development, and S/4HANA implementations.
• Manage AMS operations, ensuring service delivery, SLA compliance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end sales and distribution processes including order management, pricing, ATP, shipping, billing, returns, and credit management.
• Drive integration across SAP modules including MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and external systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve process efficiency, automation, and customer service outcomes.
• Provide leadership, governance, and mentorship to global functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Proven success leading multiple SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of sales, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and finance integrations.
• Hands-on experience with pricing, billing, ATP, credit management, shipping, EDI/IDocs, and functional design specifications.
• Experience in process manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SD or S/4HANA Sales certification.
• Exposure to Fiori, BTP, Cloud ALM/Solution Manager, ServiceNow, and SAP Business AI capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
