    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Analyst to join the Digital Planning (DP) Team. The successful candidate will support and enhance SAP-based Supply Chain Management processes across our Cartersville manufacturing site, with a strong focus on the SCM domain (e.g., PP, QM, MM, SD, LE) and on the interfaces connecting SAP with shop-floor execution systems such as MES and WMS. This role requires solid, hands-on SAP experience combined with the ability to bridge business processes and system integration.

    Key Responsibilities

    SAP SCM Solution Design & Support

    • Analyze and support SCM business processes (e.g., procurement, inventory, warehouse, production planning) within the SAP environment.
    • Design, configure, and enhance SAP SCM solutions to meet operational and business requirements.
    • Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure SAP performance, data integrity, and compliance.

    System Integration & Interface Support

    • Design, build, and maintain interfaces between SAP and manufacturing execution systems such as MES and WMS to ensure seamless data flow.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve cross-system interface issues affecting production, logistics, and inventory processes.
    • Collaborate with MES/WMS teams to align data structures, message formats, and interface logic across systems.

    Process Innovation & Automation

    • Identify opportunities to streamline SCM processes through SAP standard functions and automation.
    • Develop automation and data processing solutions using Python, SQL, or similar tools to support process efficiency (coding skills are a plus, not required).

    Collaboration & Documentation

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Logistics, IT, Quality) to align SAP-SCM initiatives with business goals.
    • Create and maintain documentation including technical specifications and SOPs.
    • Provide user training and support to ensure effective adoption of SAP system enhancements.

    Qualifications

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

    Experience

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP, with a preference for candidates with SCM-focused experience (PP, QM, MM, SD, LE, or related modules).

    Language

    • Korean fluency strongly preferred.

    Technical Skills

    • Practical experience with SAP SCM modules (e.g., PP, QM, MM, SD, LE) and related business processes.
    • Understanding of system integration/interface methods between SAP and shop-floor systems (e.g., IDoc, RFC, middleware, PI/PO).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting interfaces with MES or WMS systems in a manufacturing environment.
    • Coding/scripting experience (e.g., Python, SQL) for automation or data processing.
    • Experience in solar, semiconductor, or other high-tech manufacturing industries.
