Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Technical Lead with 10+ years of relevant experience in configuring, deploying, and managing SAP S/4HANA TMS solutions. The candidate will be responsible for technical architecture, solution design, implementation, support, and overall delivery of TMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TMS).
• Define system scope, objectives, processes, and technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure, maintain, and support complex SAP TM solutions and integrations.
• Lead the full development and implementation lifecycle, including testing, training, deployment, and production support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, processes, standards, and project milestones.
• Lead project teams and manage scope, timelines, risks, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Guide development teams on software development practices and implementation standards.
• Ensure TMS solutions align with enterprise architecture and long-term IT strategy.
• Support continuous improvement and stay current with SAP and industry best practices.
• Work effectively with multi-geographic and matrix teams.
• Travel periodically to distribution centers and plants as required.
