Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
SAP S/4HANA QA Manager
to lead quality assurance for large-scale SAP programs.
The role involves managing end-to-end testing strategies across complex SAP implementations, with responsibility for driving quality across SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead QA and testing activities for large SAP S/4HANA programs, covering
SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing
Own and manage the
SAP testing track , ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices
Provide overall
Quality Assurance leadership
for SAP projects
Lead and mentor a team of approximately
25 FTE , including onshore and offshore resources
Drive testing for
Brownfield implementations ; open to Greenfield projects as well
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test readiness, defect management, and delivery quality
Required Experience
Skills:
Strong experience in
SAP S/4HANA testing and QA leadership , Customer Interaction and Requirement Collation
Proven track record of leading
large SAP program testing
Hands-on experience managing
SAP QA/Test teams
Exposure to
Brownfield SAP projects
(Greenfield experience is a plus)
Implementation type not restrictive;
both Brownfield and Greenfield acceptable
