SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FTM Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FTM Lead to lead Finance and Treasury workstreams for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Public Cloud Finance, Fit-to-Standard methodology, Clean Core principles, and end-to-end implementation leadership.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance (FTM), including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Tax Management
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Bank Accounting & Cash Management
• Strong understanding of Fit-to-Standard, Clean Core, and extensibility concepts.
• Experience configuring and deploying SAP Best Practice Scope Items.
• Experience with organizational structures, chart of accounts, financial reporting, and IFRS/GAAP requirements.
• Hands-on experience with intercompany transactions, financial close, treasury integrations, and financial reporting.
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance implementations as an FTM Lead.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience leading offshore/distributed teams.
• Experience coordinating Integration, Data Migration, Security, and Testing workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance and Treasury workstreams for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and drive SAP Best Practice adoption.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend standard Public Cloud solutions.
• Configure and validate Finance scope items.
• Lead solution design, backlog reviews, and extensibility assessments.
• Coordinate with Integration, Data Migration, Reporting, and Security teams.
• Drive SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Mentor team members on SAP Public Cloud implementation best practices.
• Present solution options and project status to client leadership.
• Support hypercare and post-go-live continuous improvement.

Experience

• 9–12 years of SAP Finance experience.
• 3–5 years of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance experience.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations as an FTM Lead.
• Experience with global clients and distributed delivery teams.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication experience.
• Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
