SAP S/4HANA PP/PPDS Lead/Planning Architect

The ideal candidate should have led end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs , with experience integrating SAP with MES/PLM and MM/SD/QM , and preferably have semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing experience , including multi-stage manufacturing, long lead-time supply chains, NPI, and engineering change integration . A Senior SAP S/4HANA PP/PPDS Lead with strong hands-on configuration and solution design experience , including Kinaxis RapidResponse integration, Variant Configuration, MRP, detailed scheduling, BOMs, routings, production versions, and capacity planning .

Job Summary:
A senior SAP S/4HANA PP/PPDS Lead who can own Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F) planning and production processes, with hands-on SAP PP/PPDS configuration, Variant Configuration, Kinaxis RapidResponse integration, and semiconductor manufacturing experience.
A Senior SAP S/4HANA PP/PPDS Lead with strong hands-on configuration and solution design experience, including Kinaxis RapidResponse integration, Variant Configuration, MRP, detailed scheduling, BOMs, routings, production versions, and capacity planning.

The ideal candidate should have led end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs, with experience integrating SAP with MES/PLM and MM/SD/QM, and preferably have semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing experience, including multi-stage manufacturing, long lead-time supply chains, NPI, and engineering change integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP PP / PPDS workstream across Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F) processes
• Drive design and implementation of Kinaxis (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Factory Planning)
• Define end-to-end planning-to-execution integration across SAP, MES, and PLM
• Lead S/4HANA implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, cutover, hypercare)
• Optimize planning through MRP, heuristics, and scheduling strategies
• Align solutions with semiconductor constraints (multi-stage BOMs, long lead times)
• Manage cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing, and IT
• Lead the transformation of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP / PPDS) capabilities, integrating with Kinaxis Rapid Response to enable real-time, synchronized planning and execution across a complex semiconductor supply chain environment

Must-Have Skills:
Functional & Technical

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP / PPDS (configuration and solution design)
• Hands-on experience in Variant Configuration
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse integration
• Deep knowledge of:
  • MRP, production planning, and detailed scheduling
  • BOM, routings, production versions, capacity planning
• Experience integrating SAP with:
  • MM, SD, QM modules
  • MES and PLM systems
• Program & Delivery:
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs
  • Strong experience in UAT, cutover, and hypercare execution
  • Ability to design end-to-end planning processes (Plan-to-Fulfill)
• Industry:
  • Experience in semiconductor / high-tech manufacturing environments
• Understanding of:
  • Multi-stage manufacturing flows
  • Long lead-time supply chains
• Leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
  • Experience leading global delivery (onshore/offshore teams)

  • Experience with advanced planning tools (SAP IBP, APO)
  • Exposure to S&OP / IBP processes and control tower solutions

  • SAP BTP / Integration Suite/middleware (Talend, APIs)
  • Data integration and governance frameworks
• Experience with:
  • NPI (New Product Introduction) and engineering-driven supply chains
  • AI/analytics-driven planning or predictive supply chain capabilities
• Familiarity with semiconductor-specific tools/processes:
  • Fab-to-assembly planning
  • Engineering change integration (PLM ERP)
