Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
SAP S/4HANA Plan-to-Report (P2R) Business Readiness Consultant to support a large-scale ERP transformation and deployment program. The consultant will lead business readiness activities across testing, training, cutover, go-live, adoption, and post-launch stabilization.
The ideal candidate will have strong
SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, Plan-to-Report (P2R), Record-to-Report (R2R), and enterprise ERP deployment experience, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business readiness activities for SAP module launches and deployment milestones.
- Conduct readiness assessments, business process walkthroughs, and impact analyses.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management, business validation, and sign-off activities.
- Partner with business SMEs, product teams, architects, integration teams, testing teams, and program leadership.
- Support change management, training readiness, user adoption, and communications.
- Drive cutover planning, dress rehearsals, go-live readiness, launch governance, and hypercare.
- Track risks, dependencies, defects, issues, action items, and readiness metrics.
- Develop readiness documentation, test evidence, launch checklists, status reports, and sign-off materials.
- Validate finance processes, controls, reporting requirements, reconciliations, and operational readiness.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to production operations.
Required Skills & Experience- 4+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, ERP transformation, or SAP deployment.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP FI/CO, P2R, and R2R processes.
- Experience with period-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, and compliance.
- Proven experience across SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Experience with business readiness assessments, change management, training, and data validation.
- Strong understanding of defect, risk, issue, and dependency management.
- Experience working with enterprise business stakeholders, SMEs, architects, and program leadership.
- Knowledge of data migration, integrations, cloud integration, and reporting is preferred.
- Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Multiple SAP go-live/deployment experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or large global ERP transformation programs.
- Exposure to SAP deployment governance and business readiness frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise reporting and cloud-based integration solutions.
