Introduction

This role is for a consultant/lead position in the field of SAP Production, Engineering, and Operations (PEO). The position is primarily remote with some travel required and is open to US citizens or Green Card holders only. The project duration is initially 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant SAP experience, including at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Hands-on SAP PEO configuration experience covering BOM handling, EBOM-to-MBOM handover using Visual Enterprise Manufacturing Planner (VEMP), shop floor routings, production models, and production versions.
• Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing for complex assemblies, manufacturing master data, digital thread concepts, and PLM integration.
• Experience integrating engineering systems such as PLM and PDM with SAP S/4HANA.
• Working knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP), Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), and Quality Management (QM).
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Engineering Change Management, change records, and Change Impact Analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP MII, SAP ME, SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud, Teamcenter, or Windchill.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, high-tech manufacturing, medical devices, or another regulated manufacturing industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA PEO implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Design solutions for complex discrete manufacturing processes, including engineering handover, EBOM-to-MBOM conversion, shop floor routings, production models, work instructions, and production execution.
