• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA LSP (Logistics Service Provider) functionalities.

• Strong experience in:

  • Configuration

  • Customization

  • Troubleshooting

• Strong understanding of SAP integration tools and middleware:

  • SAP PI/PO

  • IDocs

  • EDI

  • APIs

• Strong experience with 3PL connectivity and integration.

• Knowledge of SAP modules relevant to pharmaceutical logistics:

  • Inventory Management

  • Warehouse Management (WM/EWM)

  • Transportation Management (TM)

  • Materials Management (MM)

  • Quality Management (QM)

• Knowledge of serialization, Track & Trace, and cold-chain compliance is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.

• SAP S/4HANA certification preferred.

• Supply chain, project management, or pharmaceutical compliance certifications are advantageous.

Required Experience

• SAP S/4HANA LSP implementation experience.

• Strong background in Third-Party Logistics (3PL) integration.

• Strong SCM Inventory Management experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.

• Focus on:

  • Logistics Execution

  • Supply Chain Management (SCM)

  • Logistics Service Provider (LSP) functionalities

  • Inventory Management

• Design, configure, and optimize S/4HANA processes for 3PL integration.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant material movement across the supply chain.

• Ensure processes comply with pharmaceutical regulations, including:

  • cGMP

  • FDA

  • EU regulations

  • Regional pharmaceutical standards

• Analyze logistics and distribution processes.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements using S/4HANA best practices.

• Gather requirements from:

  • Operations

  • Quality

  • Regulatory

  • IT

  • 3PL partners

  • Vendors

• Map business processes and communicate technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions for:

  • Goods movement

  • Inventory

  • Compliance metrics

• Draft and execute test scripts.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Validate solutions according to pharmaceutical quality and documentation standards.

• Prepare training materials and conduct user training.

• Develop:

  • System configuration documentation

  • SOPs

  • Process flows

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

• Implement continuous improvements and enhancements.
