    About the Opportunity

    Lead S/4HANA Finance workstreams across transformation, assessment, stabilization, and post-go-live programs. The ideal consultant combines deep FI/CO expertise with manufacturing finance knowledge and the ability to lead workshops with Controllers, finance transformation leaders, and SAP program executives.
    We are building a U.S.-based SAP transformation, recovery, data and AI practice focused initially on manufacturing and industrial organizations. Our model combines senior SAP expertise, rapid specialist deployment, HANA/data engineering, and flexible project delivery. We are seeking experienced SAP professionals who can operate credibly with business and technology leaders and take ownership of outcomes, not simply complete assigned tasks.

    What You Will Do
    • Lead S/4HANA Finance discovery, fit-to-standard and solution-design workshops.
    • Own FI/CO design and configuration decisions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, controlling and related processes.
    • Drive integration with MM, SD, PP, EWM and other workstreams.
    • Support data migration, testing, reconciliation, cutover, and hyper-care.
    • Identify finance-process and architecture risks during assessments or troubled-program reviews.
    • Translate technical/process issues into clear business impact for finance and program leadership.
    What We Are Looking For
    • 10+ years of SAP Finance experience with strong FI/CO depth.
    • Meaningful recent S/4HANA delivery experience, including at least two implementations, conversions or major workstreams.
    • Demonstrated ownership of design/configuration, testing and go-live activities.
    • Strong client-facing communication and workshop leadership.
    • Ability to explain personal project ownership in detail.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Manufacturing finance, product costing and Material Ledger.
    • Universal Journal, Central Finance, Group Reporting or intercompany experience.
    • RISE / SAP Cloud ERP Private exposure.
    • Relevant SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
