SAP S/4HANA EWM Lead Consultant

Lead warehouse transformation and S/4HANA EWM delivery for manufacturing and distribution environments. We are looking for consultants who can own warehouse-process design, configuration, integration, and go-live, not candidates limited to support-ticket execution.
We are building a U.S.-based SAP transformation, recovery, data and AI practice focused initially on manufacturing and industrial organizations. Our model combines senior SAP expertise, rapid specialist deployment, HANA/data engineering and flexible project delivery. We are seeking experienced SAP professionals who can operate credibly with business and technology leaders and take ownership of outcomes, not simply complete assigned tasks.

What You Will Do
•    Lead EWM fit-to-standard and warehouse-process design workshops.
•    Own EWM solution design/configuration and integration with MM, SD, PP, and related systems.
•    Lead testing, cutover, hyper-care, and defect-resolution activities.
•    Assess warehouse master data, operational readiness, and integration risks.
•    Support EWM rescue/stabilization engagements and executive risk reporting.

What We Are Looking For
•    8-12+ years of SAP warehouse/logistics experience.
•    Recent S/4HANA EWM experience with meaningful ownership.
•    At least one complex EWM go-live.
•    Strong understanding of embedded and/or decentralized EWM.
•    Ability to work directly with warehouse operations and SAP program leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
•    MFS/automation, RF, waves, slotting, yard or labor management.
•    Production integration and high-volume manufacturing/distribution.
•    Experience rescuing delayed or unstable EWM programs.
