Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of SAP implementation, deployment, solution integration, business-process, or program-delivery experience, including SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong business acumen and integrated process knowledge across Lead-to-Cash, Integrated Supply Chain / Innovate-to-Offer, and Record-to-Report.
- Experience leading end-to-end business scenario design and execution across multiple SAP functional domains.
- Experience coordinating SAP interfaces, middleware, external systems, and interface testing across SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live.
- Demonstrated expertise in structured troubleshooting, cross-team defect resolution, and root-cause analysis.
- Knowledge of master and transactional data, process controls, security, reporting, batch processing, reconciliation, and external-system dependencies.
- Experience working within global-template, regional deployment, and local rollout models.
- Strong facilitation, analytical, planning, documentation, stakeholder-management, and executive-status-reporting skills.
- Ability to influence teams and maintain accountability without direct reporting authority.
- • Willingness to provide concentrated US-based support during integrated testing, cutover rehearsals, go-live, and hypercare.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own the integrated business-process view across LTC, ISC/ITO, and RTR for multiple deployments.
- Define and maintain critical end-to-end business scenarios, process handoffs, system touchpoints, data dependencies, controls, reports, and business outcomes.
- Develop the scenario catalogue and ownership model, including prerequisites, test data, interface dependencies, user roles, expected results, controls, and evidence.
- Maintain traceability among scenarios, requirements, process designs, interfaces, test scripts, defects, and business sign-offs.
- Identify integration gaps, conflicting assumptions, missing handoffs, and cross-workstream dependencies, and facilitate resolution.
- Ensure approved local requirements are consistently incorporated across configuration, data, interfaces, security, reports, testing, training, and cutover.
- Maintain the deployment interface inventory, ownership, milestones, dependencies, specifications, source and target systems, data needs, monitoring requirements, and readiness status.
- Align interface delivery with environment readiness, data loads, SIT, UAT, cutover rehearsals, regression testing, and production deployment.
- Coordinate connectivity, security, scheduling, batch dependencies, error handling, reconciliation, and business validation for interfaces.
- Partner with the Deployment Test Manager to define integrated SIT and UAT scope, sequencing, entry and exit criteria, execution cadence, and reporting.
- Ensure test scripts validate complete business scenarios across functional boundaries, interfaces, converted data, security roles, controls, reports, workflows, and external systems.
- Lead cross-team defect triage and root-cause analysis; coordinate containment, workaround, remediation, transport, reload, retest, regression, validation, and closure.
- Monitor blocked scenarios, interface availability, pass rates, defect aging, recurrence, residual risks, and impacts on deployment readiness.
- Coordinate functional, data, interface, testing, security, reporting, infrastructure, cutover, OCM, training, and business teams through integrated governance forums.
- Provide consolidated integration status, risks, decisions, defect exposure, and go/no-go recommendations to deployment leadership.
- Integrate interface activation, batch scheduling, data conversion, security, production smoke testing, monitoring, reconciliation, and business validation into cutover and hypercare.
- • Lead rapid RCA and resolution planning for high-impact integration incidents and transition stabilized processes, documentation, monitoring, and ownership to support teams.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 a year
