- Establish and enforce quality standards, templates, and documentation practices across all workstreams.
- Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, traceability, consistency, and alignment with scope and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure all customer-facing documents meet professional and executive-level presentation standards.
- Manage document consistency, version control, and continuous improvement of deliverables.
- Provide coaching and feedback to workstream leads to improve documentation quality.
- Ensure compliance with project quality plans, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct formal quality reviews, oversee defect management, and track issues through RAID logs.
- Define and enforce Quality Gates (Q-Gates), validating readiness for phase transitions.
- Support Fit-to-Standard, RISE Conformance, and Clean Core quality assessments, ensuring all required artifacts are complete and audit-ready.
