SAP Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to support SAP/ERP programs and technology/service transition projects. The ideal candidate will have strong program management, Agile/Scrum, financial management, risk management, and stakeholder leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP/ERP programs and technology/service transition projects.

• Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

• Identify planning gaps and drive actions to closure.

• Lead program planning, deployment, milestones, and project execution.

• Champion business cases and communicate the value of change to business stakeholders.

• Manage budgets, P&L, financial reporting, and project performance.

• Support operations transformation, systems integration, and software development initiatives.

• Create and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Lead execution across onsite and offshore development teams.

• Manage multiple Scrum teams and ensure successful delivery of contracted work.

• Build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Provide strong executive-level communication and leadership.

• Mentor team members and support technology and delivery initiatives.

• Stay current with technology trends and advancements.

Required Skills

• Strong SAP/ERP Project or Program Management experience.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Strong executive/C-level presence.

• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Experience managing multiple Scrum teams.

• Strong risk, issue, dependency, budget, and financial management skills.

• Experience working with offshore development teams.

• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

• Excellent presentation and collaboration abilities.

• Strong time management and independent problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Scrum Master certification required.

• PMP certification preferred.
