Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid, Onsite Monday–Thursday)

Pay Rate: $80.00 to $91.00 per hour on W2

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a large-scale, enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA business transformation within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on coordinating multiple business transformation initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring successful integration of business processes.

The ideal candidate brings strong SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, a solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations, and the ability to influence business leaders, IT teams, and external implementation partners.

This is a business-focused program management role, not a hands-on technical SAP or traditional day-to-day project management position.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Own and maintain the integrated program plan across SAP S/4HANA transformation workstreams.
  
• 
  Coordinate initiatives involving Manufacturing, Maintenance, Warehouse Management, Transportation, and Supply Chain Operations.
  
• 
  Partner with business process owners, SAP/IT teams, and third-party system integrators to align deliverables and priorities.
  
• 
  Identify, manage, and escalate program risks, dependencies, and cross-functional challenges.
  
• 
  Drive integration between Planning, Procurement, and Source-to-Pay business processes.
  
• 
  Support business readiness, change management, testing, training, and adoption activities.
  
• 
  Provide executive-level reporting on milestones, program progress, risks, and business outcomes.
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of project/program management experience.
  
• 
  3–5+ years supporting SAP ERP transformations, including hands-on involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  
• 
  Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and enterprise business transformation.
  
• 
  Experience coordinating large-scale ERP initiatives involving business stakeholders, IT teams, and external implementation partners.
  
• 
  Proven ability to manage integrated program plans, cross-functional dependencies, risks, and executive communications.
  
• 
  Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  
• 
  Knowledge of manufacturing, maintenance, warehouse management, transportation, and Source-to-Pay processes.
  
• 
  Experience working within enterprise PMO governance structures.
