Job Overview:
Seeking a highly experienced SAP PP/PM implementation specialist with deep domain expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing and equipment maintenance. The consultant will lead comprehensive manufacturing implementations, bringing extensive knowledge of production planning, quality integration, and maintenance strategies in validated environments.
Requirements
SAP Implementation Experience:
• 10+ years of comprehensive SAP PP/PM implementation experience with minimum 5 full lifecycle manufacturing projects
• Proven track record of leading complex manufacturing implementations in process and discrete
• industries
• Deep technical expertise in SAP PP configuration including production planning, BOM management, and shop floor integration
• Extensive experience with SAP PM configuration including maintenance planning, work order management, and equipment hierarchy
Healthcare Manufacturing Expertise:
• Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing implementation experience
• Deep understanding of cGMP regulations, FDA validation requirements, and quality systems
• Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes including API production, formulation, and packaging
