Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant/Architect with expertise in SAP Manufacturing, Variant Configuration (VC), Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, and Bill of Process design within CTO/ETO manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Production Planning and Manufacturing solution architecture.
• Design and configure Manufacturing BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and Production Versions.
• Implement and support Variant Configuration-enabled manufacturing processes.
• Define and optimize Bill of Materials (BOM), Bill of Process (BOP), and Routing structures.
• Support Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) production processes.
• Integrate manufacturing solutions with SD, MM, QM, and PLM systems.
• Drive process improvements and digital manufacturing transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP PP experience.
• Strong expertise in Manufacturing Processes, BOM, Routing, and Production Planning.
• Experience with SAP Variant Configuration (VC).
• Deep understanding of CTO and ETO manufacturing models.
• Experience with S/4HANA Manufacturing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of integration with Engineering and PLM platforms.
