Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant/Architect
with expertise in SAP Manufacturing, Variant Configuration (VC), Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, and Bill of Process design within CTO/ETO manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP Production Planning and Manufacturing solution architecture.
Design and configure Manufacturing BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and Production Versions.
Implement and support Variant Configuration-enabled manufacturing processes.
Define and optimize Bill of Materials (BOM), Bill of Process (BOP), and Routing structures.
Support Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) production processes.
Integrate manufacturing solutions with SD, MM, QM, and PLM systems.
Drive process improvements and digital manufacturing transformation initiatives.
Required Skills
10+ years of SAP PP experience.
Strong expertise in Manufacturing Processes, BOM, Routing, and Production Planning.
Experience with SAP Variant Configuration (VC).
Deep understanding of CTO and ETO manufacturing models.
Experience with S/4HANA Manufacturing solutions.
Strong knowledge of integration with Engineering and PLM platforms.
