SAP P2P Functional Consultant

Job Description:
End-to-end process knowledge on Procure to Pay - Understanding of the other functional areas like O2C, Receiving (RTS), and Finance

1. Extensive knowledge in Purchasing area-related configuration
2. Material Master and Vendor Master influence in Purchasing Documents and impact of other workstreams on P2P processes
3. Extensive knowledge and associated functionalities on
   1. Purchase Requisitions
   2. Purchase Orders
   3. Contracts
   4. Purchasing Info Records
   5. Source List
   6. STO
   7. Deliveries, Goods Receipts and invoices
4. Experience in Version Management and Workflow process in purchasing area
5. Knowledge of repairs, Subcontracting, Direct and Drop ship process
6. Experience in highly customized purchasing documents, purchasing custom reports, and knowledge of enhancements and integration in the purchasing area
7. Strong customer-facing experience and skills - Work very closely with business decision makers and end users
8. Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, information needs, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information, and being able to document an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping of those to SAP business processes
9. Confidence and ability to make recommendations for selection of appropriate SAP business processes to meet client requirements effectively
10. Supports business justification in planning, testing and performing upgrades/migrations for assigned functional areas or providing support to external vendors performing the upgrades
11. Functionality Testing - Knowledge and ability to use testing methodologies, processes and tools for testing of functionality, including unit, integration, system, regression and dry run testing
