Title: SAP MDG Material Master consultant
Locations: Seattle 98057 is highly preferred // Dallas/ Plano 75024
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $60 - $65/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Introduction
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting SAP MDG-M processes across global enterprises. The role ensures data governance, master data quality, workflow enforcement, compliance with business rules, and seamless integration across SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MDG-M.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end MDG implementations (incl. MDG-M).
- Strong understanding of Material Master structures.
- Experience with S/4HANA and ECC MM processes.
- Experience with BRF, FPM/UI modeling, and MDG enhancements.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- SAP MDG certification.
- Knowledge of IDOC/ALE/DRF/CPI integrations.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support SAP MDG-M data models, governance processes, derivation rules, validations, and workflows.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance for Material Master across global operations.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into MDG-M functional design documents.
- Integrate MDG-M with S/4HANA, ECC, EWM, QM, PP, PLM, and non-SAP systems.
- Prepare test scripts, perform unit and SIT testing, and support UAT cycles.
