- Advise on best practices for Master Data Management MDM with a focus on SAP environments Provide broad experience in SAPrelated data cleanup and cleansing efforts Anticipate and plan for conversion to nonSAP destinations Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide and coordinate crossfunctional teams Collaborate effectively with IT and business personnel to ensure alignment and project success Apply knowledge of MDM conceptual frameworks and SAP technical architecture to optimize data management strategies
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead MDM strategy development and implementation across SAP and nonSAP systems
- Drive data cleansing and migration activities to support system conversions
- Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of MDM initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on SAP technical architecture related to master data
- Facilitate crossfunctional communication and decisionmaking to steer the ship during projects
- Mentor and support team members to build MDM capabilities within the organization
