Akkodis is seeking an SAP L1 Production Support Specialist for a Contract with a client in Marshall, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incident resolution, ticketing workflows, SLA compliance, and cross-functional SAP support across finance, supply chain, purchasing, HR, and warehouse operations.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
SAP L1 Production Support Specialist Job Responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary L1 Production Support contact for SAP S/4HANA, managing incidents, service requests, and issue resolution across multiple business functions.
Own ticket management activities in ServiceNow, JIRA, and SAP Cloud ALM, ensuring timely resolution, SLA adherence, and escalation of complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
Support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud integrations across Finance, Purchasing, Master Data Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse, ASN, Banking, and HR processes.
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports to provide visibility into incident trends, support performance, and operational health.
Assist with finance-related SAP activities, including month-end close, treasury, banking, accounting, intercompany transactions, and related system integrations.
Coordinate user access management, training initiatives, certification tracking, and stakeholder communications to ensure business readiness and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA experience and 10+ years of IT project management and production support experience.
Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including at least one full lifecycle implementation, and strong knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM, ServiceNow, and JIRA.
Proven expertise in L1 production support, incident management, dashboard/reporting development, and SAP integrations across Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, MDM, and related business processes.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
