Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Joule Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support SAP's AI-powered Joule capabilities across enterprise SAP environments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business AI, SAP Build, and integration of Joule with SAP applications and business processes.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, developers, and technical architects to identify use cases and implement AI-driven solutions that improve business productivity and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement SAP Joule use cases across SAP business applications.
- Configure and integrate Joule with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, and other SAP solutions.
- Develop and configure solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Work with SAP Joule Studio to create and customize AI agents, skills, and workflows.
- Integrate Joule with enterprise data, APIs, and business processes.
- Configure authentication, authorization, and security for Joule integrations.
- Develop and consume REST/OData APIs and SAP integration services.
- Collaborate with functional teams to identify high-value AI automation opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, configuration, and performance issues.
- Support testing, deployment, documentation, and production rollout.
- Follow SAP security, governance, compliance, and AI best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Joule / SAP Business AI.
- Experience with SAP BTP and related services.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP Build and/or Joule Studio.
- Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite.
- Experience with REST APIs, OData, JSON, and web services.
- Understanding of SAP authentication and authorization concepts.
- Experience integrating SAP applications and third-party systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience developing custom Joule skills, agents, or actions.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud.
- Experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model).
- Knowledge of SAP UI5 / Fiori.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, or other SAP cloud solutions.
- Understanding of generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI governance.
- Experience with enterprise AI/automation projects.
