Description
- 10+ years of SAP Utilities experience, with strong SAP IS-U and SAP CRM Utilities expertise.
- Deep hands-on experience in Customer Move-In/Move-Out processes.
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and functional/technical design.
- Conduct discovery workshops and define current-state and future-state business processes.
- Design integrations using SAP OData, APIs, SAP Cloud Integration, and BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong understanding of Business Partner, Contract Account, Premise, Device, Deposits, Billing, and Contracts.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage requirements traceability and SAP standard-versus-custom design decisions.
- Coordinate business, architecture, development, and testing teams.
- Lead Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and design approvals.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, cutover, deployment readiness, and go-live.
- Manage stakeholder communication, risks, dependencies, and solution decisions.
- Experience working with distributed onsite/offshore teams.
- Excellent customer-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and analytical skills.
