Job Title: SAP IS-U Functional Business Analyst
Location: Augusta, ME is preferred location to be near client. But open to other locations. contractor can expect to have up to 25% travel.

Job Description:
ISU-IDE, • Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document business requirements and support compliance with applicable regulatory, operational, and internal control requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Retail Choice and Retail Access processes, including supplier-related transactions, enrollment and change activities, market requirements, exception management, and regulatory and operational support.
• Act as a liaison between the business area and technical support organizations to ensure business needs are properly documented and translated into technical requirements.
• Support business process analysis, procedure development, workflow optimization, issue resolution, testing, validation, and implementation of operational improvements.
• Support business continuity, governance, risk identification, escalation, operational reporting, and execution of departmental priorities.
• Advanced knowledge of utility Customer Service operations, SAP utility system processes, query and reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication skills
