SAP IS-U FICA Functional Consultant

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP IS-U FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable) , including configuration, payments, clearing, dunning, invoicing, account management, testing, integration, and production support. Configure and support FICA processes including payments, clearing, dunning, invoicing, and account management .

We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U FICA Functional Consultant with a strong background in the utilities industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP IS-U FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable), including configuration, payments, clearing, dunning, invoicing, account management, testing, integration, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in SAP IS-U FICA within the utilities environment.
• Configure and support FICA processes including payments, clearing, dunning, invoicing, and account management.
• Analyze and troubleshoot FICA-related issues.
• Support integration between IS-U FICA and IS-U Billing processes.
• Participate in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and production support.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP IS-U FICA solutions.
• Support issue resolution and provide functional recommendations.
• Assist with system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP experience, with significant SAP IS-U experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP IS-U FICA / FI-CA.
• Strong utilities industry experience.
• Experience with Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Payments
  • Clearing
  • Dunning
  • Invoicing
  • Account Management
• Strong FICA configuration experience.
• Experience integrating FICA with SAP IS-U Billing.
• Experience with testing and production support.
• Strong requirements-gathering and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Authorization

• US Citizens and Green Card Holders only.
• W2 employment required.
• Candidates must be willing to travel to Boston, MA as required.
• Client will cover approved travel expenses.
