Expertise in Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FICA), payments, clearing, dunning, invoicing, and account management.
Hands-on experience with FICA configuration, integration with IS-U billing processes, testing, and production support.
Strong ability to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with business and technical teams.
