The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP IS-U and hands-on experience with BPEM exception management, including analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving business process exceptions and clarification cases. We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U BPEM Exception Management Functional SME with strong experience in the utilities industry. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP IS-U and hands-on experience with BPEM exception management, including analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving business process exceptions and clarification cases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional SME for SAP IS-U BPEM and Exception Management.
• Configure, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve BPEM cases and business process exceptions.
• Work with clarification cases and related exception-management processes.
• Support SAP IS-U business processes including billing, invoicing, device management, and customer service.
• Gather and translate utility business requirements into effective SAP IS-U solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Support testing, issue resolution, and production support activities.
• Provide functional guidance and recommendations for complex SAP IS-U issues.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP experience, with significant experience in SAP IS-U.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP IS-U BPEM / Business Process Exception Management.
• Strong understanding of exception management and clarification cases.
• Experience with SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing.
• Knowledge of IS-U Device Management and Customer Service processes.
• Strong utilities industry experience.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a functional SME capacity.

Work Authorization

• US Citizens and Green Card Holders only.
• Candidates must be willing to travel to Boston, MA as required.
• Client will cover approved travel expenses.
