Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing and end-to-end Meter-to-Cash processes.
- Configure and support Billing Schemas, Rate Categories, Rates, and Tariff Models.
- Experience with complex, regulated and deregulated billing for Electricity/Gas utilities.
- Hands-on knowledge of Budget Billing, RTP, TOU Billing, Collective Billing and Bill Simulation.
- Experience handling mass billing/batch jobs, billing exceptions, corrections and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of unbilled revenue scenarios and billing-related financial processes.
- Working knowledge of SAP IS-U Bill Print / Print Workbench, Smart Forms and Adobe Forms.
- Integration experience with SAP IS-U Device Management and FI-CA.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities and Fiori.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot OData services and web-service integrations.
- Understand business requirements and provide functional solutions/enhancements.
- Perform defect analysis, troubleshooting and resolution within SLA.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications and solution documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with onsite/offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong client-facing, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Act as a functional liaison between Business and IT, providing SAP Utilities best-practice guidance.
