Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-OIL PRA (Production & Revenue Accounting) Functional Consultant / SME with strong Oil & Gas Upstream domain expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP PRA implementations, production support, enhancements, and end-to-end business process delivery.

The consultant should have strong functional knowledge of Production Accounting, Revenue Accounting, Ownership Management, Contracts & Pricing, Prior Period Adjustments (PPA), volumetric and financial reconciliation, along with experience integrating SAP PRA with FI/CO, JVA, MM, and SD.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP PRA implementation, enhancement, and production support initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
• Collaborate with business users, cross-functional teams, and technical teams to deliver SAP PRA solutions.
• Drive business process improvements across:
  • Production Accounting
  • Ownership Management
  • Contracts & Pricing
  • Revenue Accounting
• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions, business process reviews, and sprint planning.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and solution design documents.
• Execute and support SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
• Create and manage test cases, test scenarios, and defect resolution activities.
• Validate SAP PRA business processes, integrations, and data quality.
• Support cutover planning, mock cutovers, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Provide day-to-day functional and operational support to business users.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, risk assessment, and rollback planning.
• Coordinate with development teams to deliver and validate RICEFW developments and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional solutions and recommendations.
