SAP Integration lead

The STP - IT Integration team Lead role will support the launch of SAP/System capabilities for the IERP program. The role focuses on readiness, delivery execution, validation and go-live coordination so that the assigned module or technical component can launch with controlled risks and clear ownership.

Required skill set

Strong experience in Planning, Integration, dependency management, Release Management skills - AGILE, JIRA, SAFE frameworks.

Manage Launch responsibilities

launch integration dependencies, readiness checkpoints, release coordination, E2E test alignment and cross-workstream cutover actions.

Partner with business SMEs, product teams, integration teams and program governance stakeholders to close launch risks, dependencies and open decisions.

Prepare and maintain functional/technical documentation, test evidence, cutover inputs, issue logs, readiness checkpoints and launch sign-off materials.

Drive defect triage and resolution coordination during SIT, UAT, dress rehearsal, cutover and post-launch stabilization windows
