SAP Instructional Design Specialist

3-Month+ Contract | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM ET | Virtual

Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacturer, has an immediate opening for a SAP Instructional Design Specialist for a  3-month+ contract. 3 month contract Support FTE instructional designers to convert existing slide decks to WBTs.  The Instructional Designer will support FTE instructional designers to convert ILT slide decks into WBT courses. This role will update training and performance support materials for the ERP program, including: classroom, virtual, e-learning and on-the-job. In this role you will focus on course conversions from ILT slide decks into WBT courses.

MUST HAVES

• Articulate Storyline - 4+ years of experience 
• SAP Enable Now - 4+ years of experience 
• LMS platforms - 4+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Support FTE instructional designers to convert ILTs to WBTs using tools like Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and SharePoint
• May develop training materials such as course outlines, coaching guides, job aids, and system demonstrations using tools like Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and SharePoint. 
• Support FTE instructional designers with stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and content accuracy. 
• Maintain and update training content when necessary 
• Track and report progress of training development and delivery, ensuring timely execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience with a degree preferred in training, business, quality or related field 
• 4+ years of work experience 
• Demonstrated experience of adult learning, instructional design, e-learning and training methodologies 
• Experience using training technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and LMS platforms
