SAP iMRO - Maintenance Operations Lead

Job Description:
Exp- 12+

1. Analyze and document end-to-end MRO business processes, including maintenance planning, spare parts management, procurement, and inventory control
2. Ability to facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with maintenance, supply chain, procurement, and operations teams
3. Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process flows
4. Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
5. Support change management, user training, and documentation development
6. Strong understanding of:
   1. MRO processes and best practices
   2. SAP PM, MM and SD functionality related to MRO
   3. Spare parts management and maintenance planning
   4. RICEFW objects
   5. Integration of SAP with 3rd party systems
7. Hands-on experience in SAP ECC implementation and support projects
8. Experience or exposure to iMRO or similar MRO optimization platforms
