SAP/HRIS Project Manager
Start February 2026
6 month initial contract w/potential to be extended through 2 years
Target Pay $75-$100/hour
Salt Lake City, Utah first few weeks, then hybrid remote every other week
Job Description:
Will join at the initial discovery phase of a multi-year SAP HRIS project: getting to know the business unit leaders, gathering requirements, building timelines, resources, ramping for software development and releases, etc. Work in collaboration with business analysts, program manager(s), software architects and other members of the team (mostly in Utah).
Will sit onsite at the Utah facility for first few weeks (4 days/week). Then will transition to working onsite (Utah), and remote 50/50% of the time afterwards.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of specific SAP Technical Project Management implementations
- SAP ALM Knowledge (SAP's modern-day Solution Manager)
- Service Now – Dashboards, 1-pagers for status reports
- MS Projects – assigning resources
- Jira – testing scenarios, bug tracking
- SAP Activate
- Knowledge with SAP HR modules (has been through an SAP implementation)
