  • Lead root cause analysis for recurring or high impact incidents and implement permanent corrective and preventive solutions.

  • Coordinate system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, including test planning, defect triage, and validation of end to end business processes.

  • Support release management, change management, cutover planning, transports, production deployments, and post implementation stabilization.

  • Provide technical guidance to onsite and offshore AMS teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, documentation, coding and configuration standards, and adherence to service level commitments.

  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, monitoring, automation, and AI enabled improvements that increase support efficiency and system reliability.

  • Integration Knowledge: Minimum 5 years of experience supporting SAP HR integrations with Finance, Payroll, Time Management, and external enterprise applications, including interfaces, data flows, and upstream/downstream dependencies.

  • Business Process Expertise: Strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes, employee master data, organizational structures, payroll processing, time evaluation, and critical HR transactions.

  • AMS & Delivery Practices: Proven experience in functional specifications, system enhancements, integration testing, defect resolution, release management, production deployments, and coordination with offshore AMS and technical support teams.
