    Description

    • 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll configuration, including Time and Labor integrations.
    • 10+ years of IT Leadership experience in HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management platforms.
    • Strong expertise in Payroll business processes, operations, and regulatory compliance.
    • Strong expertise in SAP HCM Integration with SAP FI-GL (GL posting and garnishment payment processing).
    • Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors suite, UKG Pro WFM or Kronos.
    • Ability to transform business requirements into functional specification documentation that incorporate the necessary technical data attributes and pseudo coding techniques, and handoff for SAP ABAP development.
    • Strong Leadership and facilitation skills, to provide leadership and guidance to internal customers.
    • Ability to work with limited supervision to manage priority tasks and report progress.
    • Ability to mentor team members.
    • Experience in Food Processing industry, and large hourly workforce environments.
    • Agile/Scrum or PMP Certification.
