Position Overview
SAP America is seeking experienced SAP Group Reporting professionals to support a 10-month engagement in Penang, Malaysia.
The client is open to either one highly skilled consultant capable of covering all required areas or multiple specialized resources with expertise across the following disciplines:
- Consolidation Developer
- Reporting Developer
- SAP Cloud Consultant
- GRDC Developer – Group Reporting Data Collection
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support SAP Group Reporting solutions.
- Support financial consolidation, reporting, and related business processes.
- Develop and enhance consolidation and reporting functionality.
- Design and implement GRDC solutions for data collection and integration.
- Support SAP cloud-based Group Reporting environments and integrations.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical and functional support.
- Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices and align with the customer's business requirements.
- Participate in testing, validation, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- SAP Group Reporting / Consolidation
- Reporting Development
- SAP Cloud solutions
- GRDC (Group Reporting Data Collection)
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP cloud technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- English language proficiency is required.
- Malay language proficiency is highly preferred.
Location & Resource Preference
- Malaysia-based/local resources in Penang are strongly preferred.
- Offshore resources may also be considered if they are willing and able to travel to Malaysia and work onsite as needed.
- Candidates should be flexible to support onsite requirements based on project needs.
