SAP Fioneer FPSL Consultant (Banking)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fioneer FPSL Consultant to support the implementation and configuration of SAP Fioneer Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) for banking products. The role involves FPSL configuration, accounting integration, testing, reconciliation, and seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance in compliance with IFRS 9 and local GAAP.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Fioneer FPSL Consultant to support the implementation and configuration of SAP Fioneer Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) for banking products. The role involves FPSL configuration, accounting integration, testing, reconciliation, and seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance in compliance with IFRS 9 and local GAAP.
Key Responsibilities

• Configure SAP Fioneer FPSL for banking products such as loans, deposits, money market instruments, and securities.
• Implement contract types, event processing, posting schemas, accounting principles, and valuation areas.
• Support IFRS 9 accounting, EIR accruals, fee handling, amortization, and accounting validations.
• Support integration with core banking systems and SAP S/4HANA, including event mapping and GL validation.
• Execute Unit Testing (UT), SIT, UAT, reconciliation, and resolve accounting and integration issues.
• Prepare configuration documents, test scripts, mapping documents, and support go-live and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in banking finance or accounting system implementations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fioneer FPSL and SAP S/4HANA Finance Integration.
• Strong understanding of banking product accounting and event-based accounting.
• Good knowledge of IFRS 9 implementation concepts.
• Experience with testing, reconciliation, and defect resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with core banking system integration.
• Knowledge of high-volume transaction processing and finance close cycles.
• Experience in large SAP implementation programs or finance transformation projects.
