Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on SAP Finance Functional Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of SAP Finance solutions that support critical business operations across a global organization.
In this role, you'll partner Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translatecomplexrequirementsintoscalableSAPsolutions,withaprimaryfocusonSAPFI/CO,ProjectSystems(PS),andrelatedbusinessprocesses.You'llplayakeyroleinSAPtransformationinitiatives,systemenhancements,andcontinuousimprovementeffortswhilehelpingshapethefutureSAProadmap.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
LeadsolutiondesignandarchitectureforSAPFinance(FI/CO),PS,andrelatedbusinessprocesses,withastrongunderstandingofintegrationacrossSAPmodulesincludingMM,PP,andSD.
Partnerwithbusinessstakeholderstounderstandrequirementsandtranslatethemintoscalable,integratedSAPsolutionsalignedwithenterprisearchitecture.
ProvidefunctionalleadershipforSAPimplementations,upgrades,enhancements,andtransformationinitiatives.
Collaboratewithtechnicalarchitects,developers,andintegrationteamstodelivercohesiveend-to-endsolutionsandseamlessdataflowsacrossSAPandnon-SAPsystems.
Developandmaintainsolutionarchitecturedocumentation,includingprocessflows,functionalspecifications,andconfigurationguidance.
ProvideoversightforSAPconfiguration,customdevelopment,datamigration,andsolutionqualityacrossprojectdeliverables.
Supporttesting,training,changemanagement,anduseradoptionactivitiestoensuresuccessfulsolutiondeployment.
LeadfunctionaldesignreviewsandpromoteSAPstandards,bestpractices,andgovernanceacrosstheSAPlandscape.
Providefunctionalleadershipandmentorshiptointernalteammembersandexternalconsultants.
PartnerwithSAPleadershiptodefinefuture-statesolutionsandsupportbusinessgrowth,continuousimprovement,andstrategicSAPinitiatives.
Job Qualifications:
10+yearsofhands-onSAPfunctionalexperience,includingatleasttwofulllifecycleSAPimplementations.
Bachelor'sdegreerequired.
StrongexpertiseinSAPFinance(FI/CO),includingCostingandManagementAccountingdesign.
ExperiencewithSAPECC,S/4HANA,andSAPFiori.
Strongunderstandingofcross-functionalSAPprocessesandintegrationsacrossmodulessuchasMM,PP,SD,andPS.
ExperienceleadingSAPprojects,enhancements,andbusinesstransformationinitiatives.
UnderstandingofSAPintegrationtechnologiesincludingCPI,BTP,andrelatedSAPplatforms.
Experienceworkingwithinmanufacturing,lifesciences,consumerproducts,orotherregulatedindustriespreferred.
FamiliaritywithAgile,hybrid,orwaterfalldeliverymethodologies.
Excellentcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytotranslatecomplextechnicalconceptsintobusinesssolutions.
Strongprojectleadership,stakeholdermanagement,andproblem-solvingskills.

Salary Range:
$114,800.00-$153,100.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
