SAP Finance - Program Lead

Role Summary
Seeking a senior SAP Finance leader to drive large-scale Finance transformation initiatives and Application Management Services (AMS) for a global manufacturing organization. The role will lead strategy, process optimization, solution design, implementation, migration, stabilization, and continuous improvement across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Finance transformation programs, including roadmap, design, implementation, data migration, cutover, and support transition.
• Drive Finance process improvements across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Controlling, Product Costing, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Reporting.
• Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops and promote SAP best practices while minimizing customizations.
• Oversee AMS delivery, governance, service improvements, and stakeholder management.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and enterprise systems.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable operational and financial value.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong transformation and solution leadership background.
• Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementations.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO, Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and cross-functional integration.
• Strong experience in process manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Activate, data migration, testing, cutover, change management, and AMS operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and leadership skills.

Preferred

• SAP S/4HANA Finance/FICO certification.
• MBA, CA, CMA, or related advanced qualification.
• Exposure to Fiori, BTP, Central Finance, Signavio, and SAP Business AI.
