SAP Field Service Management Consultant
Location: Lake Mary, FL – Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP FSM solutions focused on optimizing field service operations, workforce scheduling, dispatching, service execution, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to field service operations.
- Design and configure SAP FSM solutions.
- Configure Planning and Dispatching.
- Configure Service Call Management.
- Configure Workflows, Smartforms, and Checklists.
- Support the SAP FSM Mobile Field Service Application.
- Configure Time and Expense Management.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP FSM implementation projects.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
- Experience with field service planning, scheduling, and dispatching.
- Experience with SAP FSM workflows, Smartforms, and checklists.
- Experience with SAP FSM mobile applications.
- Knowledge of service call management and field service processes.
- Experience with time and expense management.
- Strong requirements gathering and functional documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience participating in end-to-end SAP FSM implementations.
