Job Description: SAP FICO Lead Consultant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a senior SAP FICO professional with 15+ years of experience in SAP Finance, global rollouts, S/4HANA migrations, and e-invoicing implementations. Experience in FinTech or financial services environments is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP FICO implementations, global rollouts, and ECC-to-S/4HANA migration projects.
- Drive e-invoicing, electronic reporting, and global tax compliance solutions across multiple countries.
- Oversee GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and financial closing processes.
- Support payment processing, bank integration, financial reconciliation, and transaction accounting.
- Manage integration with SAP SD/MM and third-party financial systems.
- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, testing, cutover, and production support.
- Coordinate with global business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams.
Required Skills:
- 15+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong hands-on functional and solution design expertise.
- Proven experience in global rollouts and ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations.
- Strong experience in e-invoicing, e-reporting, and country-specific tax compliance.
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO, payment processes, bank integration, and financial reconciliations.
- Experience managing complex integrations and large-scale transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
