Description
Kforce's client in Tampa, FL is seeking a senior SAP FI/CO professional to support a large-scale ECC to S/4HANA transformation program. This role will serve as a key finance and cost management SME, partnering with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to drive successful migration, testing, integration, and solution delivery activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP FI/CO activities within an ECC to S/4HANA migration program
- Gather requirements, design solutions, and support business process improvements
- Develop and execute testing scenarios, validate integrations, and support data conversion efforts
- Act as the primary FI/CO representative across project teams and business functions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party partners to resolve issues and drive project outcomes
- Support solution architecture, roadmaps, implementation activities, and post-deployment stabilization
Requirements:
- 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in FI/CO
- Proven experience supporting ECC to S/4HANA implementations or migrations
- Deep knowledge of Cost Accounting, Material Ledger, Asset Accounting, and month-end close processes
- Experience with SAP integrations, including PP, MM, SD, banking interfaces, payment processing, and EDI
- Strong understanding of testing, functional specifications, business process analysis, and solution design
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive activities from concept through delivery
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
- SAP certifications
- S/4HANA brownfield conversion experience
- Experience with VIM and Vertex
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
