Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day SAP FI and ABAP application support by resolving incidents, addressing user requests, and keeping business processes running without disruption.
• Review change requests and implement functional enhancements including field additions, validations, report updates, and screen modifications.
• Write, debug, test, and transport ABAP programs required for application enhancements and production changes.
• Apply SAP FI knowledge across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting to address functional and technical requests.
• Configure and manage interfaces between SAP and enterprise applications using IDocs, REST APIs, and SAP integration technologies.
• Assist with Workday integrations involving employee master data, organizational data, payroll, and HR processes through SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, or related middleware.
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes to improve application stability and data accuracy.
• Work closely with onsite teams, business users, and functional consultants to validate requirements, review solutions, and coordinate production activities.
• Take part in testing, transport deployments, and post-release verification to confirm successful implementation of application changes.
• Prepare technical documentation, follow SAP development standards, and complete support activities within established SLA commitments.
