Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP EWM Support.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse business processes, including:
    • Receiving.
    • Putaway.
    • Picking.
    • Packing.
    • Shipping.
    • Inventory Management.
  • Experience providing application support in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience supporting warehouse automation technologies, including:
    • ASRS.
    • AutoStore.
    • AGV.
    • Pick-to-Light.
    • WCS/MFS.
  • Knowledge of RF devices, barcode scanning, and warehouse floor support.
  • Experience troubleshooting SAP EWM interfaces and integration issues.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in customer-facing support organizations.
  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Warehouse Control System integrations.
  • Familiarity with:
    • Exacta WES.
    • WorldLink.
    • Related warehouse applications.
  • Understanding of network troubleshooting and printer support in warehouse environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite SAP EWM support to warehouse operations in a 16x6/16x7 rotating shift environment.
  • Provide SAP EWM Level 1 support across rotating morning and evening shifts.
  • Support warehouse operations across:
    • Inbound processes.
    • Outbound processes.
    • Internal warehouse movements.
    • Production supply.
  • Perform initial diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP EWM production issues.
  • Monitor and support interfaces between SAP EWM and other warehouse systems.
  • Provide hands-on support to business users and warehouse floor operations.
  • Manage incidents and track issue resolution through completion.
  • Coordinate escalations with appropriate technical and functional teams.
  • Monitor system performance and integration health.
  • Maintain:
    • SOPs.
    • Support documentation.
    • Knowledge articles.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Communicate incident status, troubleshooting progress, and resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Support warehouse automation and integration issues in production environments.
  • Ensure timely resolution of business-critical warehouse support incidents.
