### Senior Solution Architect SAP EWM

### Role Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished **Senior Solution Architect - SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)** with **12+ years of experience** in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, and SAP Logistics solutions. This leadership role is responsible for defining enterprise-scale solution architectures, driving warehouse transformation initiatives, and delivering business value through innovative and scalable SAP EWM solutions.

The ideal candidate combines deep functional and technical expertise with strong consulting, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership capabilities. As a trusted advisor, the individual will partner with business and technology leaders to shape transformation roadmaps, drive architecture governance, and ensure successful delivery of complex supply chain programs.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for SAP EWM and Supply Chain transformation programs.
- Define target-state architecture, solution roadmaps, and implementation strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Provide thought leadership across warehouse management, logistics, inventory management, manufacturing integration, and supply chain operations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into scalable, future-ready solutions.
- Drive architecture governance, solution reviews, risk assessments, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, senior leadership, and delivery teams on warehouse and supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Mentor solution architects and consulting teams, ensuring high-quality design and delivery excellence.
- Support pre-sales, business development, and proposal activities by shaping solution strategies and value propositions.

### Qualifications & Experience

- **12+ years of experience** in Supply Chain and SAP Logistics solutions, including extensive expertise in SAP EWM.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP EWM implementations, global rollouts, and transformation programs.
- Strong functional knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics execution, manufacturing integration, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Experience in solution architecture, consulting, program leadership, and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and drive business transformation at senior leadership levels.
